Yes. You need to write a letter giving us permission to take the vehichle. You should then write to the DVLA explaining that you have disposed of the vehicle. The letters are a formality, and we can brief you on the details when you contact us.
No. We are a licensed waste carrier, registered with the Environment Agency and the car is disposed of by a licensed vehicle dismantler (See question 4.).
These fluids are removed as part of the dismantling process.
If you have supplied the log book with the car we take care of informing the DVLA of the status of the car. Once we take the car away we do the rest.
